The Premise

Most consultants give you a deck and disappear. We stay until the work runs. From observing your operations to designing the AI systems to training your team — and being there when it actually goes live.

— what AI does best

Pattern. Volume. Speed.

Documents, data, repetitive workflows, calculations, scheduling, compliance checks, drafting, summarizing. The work that is precise, structured, and tireless.

— what people do best

Judgment. Trust. Care.

Difficult conversations. Reading the room. Knowing when to push and when to listen. The relationships that close the deal and keep the client. The work that requires being human.

The future belongs to businesses that know the difference — and design around it.
Approach
— Section 01

Four steps.

Discovered · Designed · Operated · Refined
i

Discovery

A conversation in your office. We watch the work, listen to the team, and identify where AI creates real leverage — not where it sounds good in a deck.

ii

Design

A focused audit. We map current operations, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, and deliver a roadmap with realistic ROI — not vendor pitches.

iii

Operate

We build the systems, train your team, and stay engaged through launch. Real implementation. Real handover. Real results that outlast the engagement.

iv

Refine

We don't disappear at launch. We measure what's working, tune what isn't, and evolve the systems as your business grows — so the leverage compounds.

From observation to systems that actually run — built for lasting leverage.

The Founder

Cecilia BachChi Nguyen

I arrived in the United States at fourteen without speaking the language. That early experience navigating complexity with limited resources taught me how to quickly spot leverage points and build practical systems that deliver under real constraints. It still shapes every engagement I take on.

For over twenty years I led large-scale operational and digital transformations at Fortune 100 companies:

  • Disney — $79B Fox M&A integration, global launch of Disney+ across nearly 100 countries, and the Google Ads integration supporting a $10B business.
  • Toyota — $55M core receivables transformation, a marketing automation initiative with 1500% ROI, and credit reporting and compliance projects.
  • Amazon — global finance, equity, tax, and payroll operations and reporting.
  • Accenture — worked with Bank of America, Washington Mutual (later Chase), and Farmers Insurance on technology implementation, end-to-end loan origination, automation of underwriting, fulfillment, and banking and insurance operations.

After graduating from Harvard Business School, where I focused on Strategy, Innovation, and Transformational Change Management, I joined a venture-backed AI startup. There I led end-to-end strategy and delivery of an AI platform for global SaaS clients, gaining deep insight into both the capabilities and limitations of AI systems — and the foundational architectures that make intelligent workflows possible at scale.

These experiences sit at the center of everything I build at IQ.guru today.

At IQ.guru we don't drop off a report and disappear. We observe your actual workflows in your office, design targeted improvements with clear ROI, implement them together with your team, and stay engaged until the systems are running smoothly and sustainably.
